I spoke to my Friend who said we could borrow his ITG Cabinet for the whole weekend for no cost other than transport. Let me know what you guys think

I believe there is a venue for that.

MOAR SSBB, RAWR!!?!?! (Yes i am obsessed with the game).
If possible I'm looking into getting Supser Smash Bros Balanced Brawl, a modded version that balances things for tournament use. Personally I'd rather get rid of it, I think SSBB is a blight upon video games. But people will keep playing it and there was enough interest to fill a 128 player tournament. I'll just have o drink to forget.

Nah ill be serious, hmm well maybe a DDR machine if possible? OH so gotta have that mini touch screen osu machine again, that was damn epic!
DDR no. Maybe if we can get a huge room and put it WAAAAAAAAAY down the other end away from where I'm trying to run tournaments. The OSU! machine however will be back (as long as Peppy will bring it back) and from what I have heard may well have multiplayer next year. Stay tuned.

Wondering if the gun games (halo, etc) were effective at waicon this year? If not you could always replace it with mariokart(forgot if there was one this year) or tekken 6 (while keeping street fighter). Or maybe a different first person shooter? CoD modern warfare 2? Gears of war 2 (lol)? Of course I am not sure what the statistics were for those tournys, only know the brawl one is always big since i always enter it and get somewhere in the top 10 XD
The Halo ODST machines were constantly used and turned out a pretty epic competition. I really enjoyed seeing some of the games people were having and look forward to next year with Reach being out and including some new cool co-op multiplayer modes, maybe with some more consoles. There will never be a Gears Of War or Call Of Duty comp as they are both MA15+ rated which can't be in a public area because of the restricted rating. Halo is M which is not restricted, just recommended but we had it not facing the public area. Besides, Modern Warfare 2 requires an online connection for multiplayer which makes it kinda useless for a tournament at a convention.
We already have some good ideas for things next year, it should be excellent. If only I could get my hands on some Steel Battalion kits *rubs hands together*
