meh Gundam parodies are a dime a dozen

I want to see this new Gunpla anime though, build your own gundam, scan it and make it fight other builds. Sunrise will do anything to sell plastic.

There was a Macross+Transformers reference but not a whole parody ep.

Finished Zettai Karen Children now. Manga so want. The story was really heating up too. >_< :P

Just saw the Eureka 7 movie, nfi what happened at the end, someone explain to me?

I guess I should watch the TV series now since it has a different story to the movie? (people said that Eureka is meant to be bitchy to Renton but she wasn't in this movie so I'm guessing different stories).

Put Higurashi on the backburner for a bit to start Kimi No Todoke. Watched 6 eps. It's amazing, but so sad! Really makes me feel like tearing up every ep. Anyways, I'm going to finish off everything I'm currently watching after this before starting something new.

Yup completely different stories. Same characters but all the stories are different. From circumstances to backstories of each characters. All different. Both are very enjoyable though. I'd recommend you watching the TV series too.

Kimi No Todoke is really good isn't it! :D I was balling like a little girl at some points hehehehe. Go read the manga after the Anime to see their progress after the anime. The Anime follows the manga pretty closely.

Definitely. I really applaud the writing and art teams for executing the story in a way that managed to effect you so much~!

Hilarious, wasn't it? :p I've only watched bits and pieces of the series but that episode was amusing and fun to watch. XD

Watched episode 3 of Shiki. Why is there so much impending doom? D:

I have finally gotten my paws upon some of the Bleach series, I am up to about episode 32 or so.

To be honest I am not entirely sure what people are on about with the series. I feel as though that at the moment I can skip 4 or 5 episodes at a time and have very little difficulty picking up where it left off with out missing anything at all.

ah. did not know that. I'm pretty sure it's the Magnificent World. Is there much of a difference between the three?

Reminds me of DragonBallZ in that sense.

Today I watched The Sky Crawlers and Black Rock Shooter.
I wish I prepared myself for The Sky Crawlers; I wasn't expecting such a philosophical anime so by the end, I was all

wat.

(Kind of the reason why I'm rewatching Umineko right now, since when I watched it while it was being aired, I was watching it without thinking about what was going on.)
Black Rock Shooter was a huge let down. There was so much hype about it but eeh.

And so as an update for what I'm currently watching:

Cat Sh*t One (lolololol I have no idea whether that word would be censored)
Code Geass R2
DiGi Charat
Eureka Seven
Hetalia World Series
Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny
Kiddy GiRL-AND
Mahoromatic S2
Mitsudomoe
Shiki

I don't really understand what's so bad about the art in Mitsudomoe, it makes a change from the usual.

That's what I thought at first but it's different. However there's a secret hidden shadow advisor to the hero and people think it's Kyoshiro

Darker than Black S2 OVA 4 - Last episode. They finally reveal the purpose of the syndicate and what happened to Yin right before the start and why Hei went emo. I'm not sure who Yin was talking to at the end but I think if I rewatch S2 now it'll make sense.

It's mostly to do with how the character designs are probably meant to be moe in look and everyone looks like they're underaged, which then ultimately links back to that seedy part of moe culture that links up with lolicon and the like.

In short, Mitsudomoe art = lolicon substitute. Or something like that. :p

That said, I haven't actually watched any episodes, only seen screen shots.

Watched episode 16 of Giant Killing. I like how everything isn't flowers and sunshine and things are more realistic than the standard sport anime norm.

Watched episode 1 of Kobato. Enjoyable to relax or just mellow out to. Also, I didn't realise how sinister Ioryogi is in character. XD

Eureka 7 - 1-15, I've seriously been thinking Renton's voice is the same as Ed and it ended up not being the case =/ Anyway loving this show, marathoning it at the same speed I marathoned Gundam Seed in the past. I just hate those 3 kids that call Eureka 'Mama'

...

god i hate kids =\

I finally thought of a new project since I'm like, super bored. Finishing Kiddy Grade!. I've always heard that the second half of the series totally redeems the first half, but never got past ep 6 or so (I can't actually remember, so I'll just watch it all again fresh). :P

Hehe the original was one of my favorite anime for a long time. I have been using the name Wirbelwind for my PC until very recently.

Now you can go watch the 3 Movies too. :D

It was an enjoyable series, when I watched it, but that was a number of years ago. :p But any series that uses lipstick as a weapon is, at the very least, a little awesome. ;)

I started watching Asobi ni Ikuyo! on Crunchyroll. I decided to check it out after reading some positive reviews for it on ANN and I'm so glad it's not a cookie cutter series for the genre it seems to fit into. It looks like it has the potential to be a good series (i.e. it looks like it'll have a good plot :o) and if anything, it's at least fun and enjoyable without too much in your face fanservice. It takes a few cliches and then turns them on their head, but whether it will keep up its good points as the series progresses is another matter.

I've just started watching Claymore. I needed to purchase something with some madman vouchers I won. It's pretty decent.

Claymore is a great series, but since the manga series is still going, the ending is rather unresolved. ^^' But once you finish watching it you can go on to read the series. :)

Kuroshitsuji episode 4. Keep tying things together! Otherwise the plot will eventually fall into disarray. >_> That said, the next episode seems to be promising.
